Timely Payment:
While placing an order, assure that you pay the decided amount in advance against the requested service(s). This will save you from facing any delay in service. Payments are acceptable via debit/credit card or direct deposit in our bank account. However, you can always ask for the required information from our customer representative.
Confidentiality of Personal Information:
At the time of order placement or entering in any legitimate contract, we would need your personal information including your name, email address, contact number and similar details, for smooth communication and record keeping. This is to assure that the provided information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. Moreover, the information will be used to contact you regarding your order, for follow-up and for promotions.
Modification in Policies:
We hold to right to modify the policies as per the change in time and laws. Therefore, we request to keep a keen eye on the terms and conditions before placing an order.
Cancellation:
In case of any human or technical error occurs, which results in the placement of wrong order or multiple orders with similar information, you can always connect with our customer support representative. We will try our best to find the most reasonable solution for you. However, if you still want to go with the direct cancellation process, following are some terms and conditions:
- If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours of placement for a 48-hours deadline order, then we will hold 50% of the amount as service charges since our team would already have started working on your order.
- The cancellation requests for the orders that were placed for 08 hours to 24 hours deadline, will not be entertained for any refunds if we have already completed your order.
- The amount of cancellation with be reimbursed after 150 to 20 business days from the time of cancellation.
- All orders will not be entitled to 100% refund; however, this will depend on the relevance of cancellation request.
- For dissertations or big orders, cancellation requests will not be entertained after 72 hours of order placement (if we have already provided you with considerate amount of assistance).
